Terms and Conditions for  Creative Aerial Imagery Pet Search and Rescue.

1. Services Provided

Creative Aerial Imagery provides drone-assisted search services to assist in locating lost pets. Our services utilize drone technology to cover large areas efficiently and access difficult-to-reach locations. We employ trained operators and specialized equipment to enhance the search process.

2. Service Agreement

By engaging our services, the client ("Client") agrees to the following terms and conditions. A formal service agreement may be provided for signature, outlining the specifics of each search.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Accurate Information: The Client must provide accurate and detailed information about the lost pet, including:

  • Pet's name, breed, size, color, and any distinguishing features.

  • Date, time, and location the pet was last seen.

  • Pet's behavior and temperament (e.g., skittish, friendly).

  • Any known microchip or collar/tag information.

• Access and Permissions: The Client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions for drone operation over private property. This may include contacting property owners or local authorities. The Client must provide the drone operator with safe access to the search area.

• On-Site Presence: The Client or a designated representative must be present during the search to assist the drone operator, provide local knowledge, and be available for immediate follow-up if the pet is located.

• Safety: The Client is responsible for ensuring the safety of themselves and others during the search operation. This includes keeping a safe distance from the drone and its flight path.

• Payment: The Client agrees to pay the fees associated with the search services as outlined in Section 5.

4. Company Responsibilities

• Professional Service:  Creative Aerial Imagery  will provide professional and diligent drone search services using trained operators and appropriate equipment.

• Compliance: We will operate our drones in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and FAA guidelines.

• Communication: We will maintain clear and consistent communication with the Client throughout the search process.

• Equipment: We will use well-maintained and appropriate drone equipment, which may include visual and/or thermal imaging cameras.

5. Fees and Payment

• Base Search Fee: $150.00

• Travel Fee: $40+  (if applicable, e.g., for distances beyond 30 minute drive)

• Additional Search Time: $ 75.00 per Hour/Half-Hour (beyond the initial search time

• Other Expenses: The client is responsible for any other expenses incurred during the search, that were pre-approved, such as lodging or access fees.

Payment is due as follows: 50% deposit before the search, balance upon completion. We accept the following payment methods: Cash, Paypal, and Venmo.

6. Limitation of Liability

Creative Aerial Imagery will make every reasonable effort to locate the Client's lost pet. However, we do not guarantee the successful recovery of the pet. The Client acknowledges that various factors can affect the outcome of the search, including the pet's behavior, the terrain, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances.

[Creative Aerial Imagery]'s liability is limited to the services provided. We are not responsible for any consequential damages, including but not limited to, the emotional distress of losing a pet, or any costs associated with the pet being lost. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the search services.

7. Cancellation Policy

State your cancellation policy, including any fees associated with cancellations. For example:

• Cancellations made 12 hours before the scheduled search will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee.

• Cancellations made less than 8 hours before the scheduled search will be subject to the full fee.

• If the search is canceled due to unsafe weather conditions, Creative Aerial Imagery will find a reasonable resolution(we're all about win-win situations) , e.g., reschedule the search at no additional cost, offer a partial refund.

8. Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Creative Aerial Imagery, its employees, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from the Client's failure to comply with these terms and conditions, or from any third-party claims related to the search operation (except to the extent such claims are caused by the negligence or willful misconduct of Creative Aerial Imagery).

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California.

10. Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether oral or written.

11. Amendments

These terms and conditions may be amended by Creative Aerial Imagery at any time. The Client will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
